Joomla and wordress pros needed for CVsearch, cron jobs plus

I am looking for a pro someone who knows joomla, wordpress and cron job creation very well to work on 2 existing sites.

1) To create a view count for employers when they log in to their acc and tidy that page , to create an employee login page linked to the CV submit

2) create an xml feed of an existing site (A) and cron job for it to feed onto site B

3) to create a cron job from an existing xml to feed onto site A (note site A will feed onto site B on number 2)

4) To display the number of recruiters, jobs and CVs online for site A and B on the site (we should be able to publish and hide this)

5) Site A has an employer A-Z and we need this to be changed, its in joomla. We want a good A-Z recruiter list with a logo, company address, description and url. Site B needs one too. Note that the recruiters once they upload their logo it should not prompt them to upload again when they log in.

5b) Employers to be able to see how many applicants applied to them when they log in as well (and the currently programmed email being sent when an applicant applies to stay there too)

6) CV database for site A (joomla) and site B (wordpress) CV to be uploaded by profession and recruiters to be able to search by profession - recruiters to pay for CV search

Please only bid if you are competent in this and can do the jobs and will be able to do the project on time. We looking at $300 or so as the 2 sites are already live and functioning.
