Moving Properties from Joomla estate Agency (JEA) in Immonex Properties in a Wordpress Page

For our customer (a real estates company) we are building a new web page in Wordpress. For the estates propertiy management we are using the Plugin Immonex.
His old web page is in Joomla and there the estate properties are managed with the Joomla estate Agency (JEA) komponent.
So now we need to move the properties from Joomla to wordpress. There are about 40 properties which need to be moved.
The task is to export the properties from Joomla estate Agency (JEA) and to import the properties with the WP all Import plugin (which is already installed on the new page) in the Immonex plugin on the Wordpress page.
