Full Example Of Returning SQL Query Results and Using As Source For JQuery DataTable

Hi - I am needing to use [login to view URL] as a datatable on my site. I need a way of running a SQL String and using that as the 'source' for the datatable

Example: Select firstname, lastname, companyname, phonenumber from empinfo;

And setting the headers for the DataTable as Full Name (concatenation of first and last name), Company, Phone Number.

Can someone provide me working example of this?
