1. At list 3 links UK gov. related with PR 5+.

2. Only permanent one way static html links with the anchor text of our choosing with no rel=nofollow links in the code.

3. No redirects, javascript links, hidden links, or other unethical tactics (adult or weight loss)

4. Google and Yahoo cached, search engine and robots txt friendly.

5. Preferably links from UK or at least English pages.

6. Links must be permanent static href type links.

7. Price can be per link or per project it is up to you.

8. Maximum 12 external links on the page.
