I'm looking for someone who is very familiar with Linux.

Problem:

Debian was updated incorrectly from 9 to 10 and after reboot it starts in Initramfs / rescue mode (please see Screenshot).

Unfortunately, it seems like you performed a bad system upgrade. Apparently there were problems with the locales, which made it impossible to chroot into my installed system.

A defective hard disk was replaced and a new one connected (RAID1 working fine).

Solution:

I need to save all Plesk data (mysql db, emails) if possible. If not, It is important to save some files from the server and transfer it to the backup-storage.
