Product Design, help with the Manufacturing Process, and Factory Source for those Processes

The product is a small accessory type product; the materials I envision for it are metals and plastics - working extensively with these two materials, perhaps together, is a plus. The metal for the product will be a small bendable wire, and the plastic will be to coat the wire to make it touchable to the skin and protect it, and also to make a clip type device to enable connection to something else.
I will need you to work with me in designing the product, helping with different manufacturing methods for how we can make it in batches of say 100, 1,000, 10,000, etc, and perhaps if possible help me source factories to help make it.
I will discuss the product with you in more detail after an NDA is signed.
