THE ROLE:
Managing all internal recruitment across the specialisms of the group
Sourcing professionals for roles such as Managers’s, Brokers’s and Compliance Administrators
Networking, headhunting and interviewing candidates
Assisting with acquisitions of client banks (Full training provided)
Full sector training provided with excellent ongoing support
Building strong relationships with hiring managers
THE CANDIDATE:
6 months recruitment experience in a professional sector
A proven background of success
Confidant and strong character with a professional but personable persona
A motivated and highly driven individual who can multi task and manage all internal roles
