Marketing Campaign strategy

Hi,

We are a Science Park in UAE.

UAE in October will be the host to the World’s largest event - Expo 2020.

Expo 2020 will attract visitors to UAE – Dubai and will inevitably increase investment in the region.

Our number one objective is to attract companies to our Science park. SMEs and start-ups in the various fields of Technology and Innovation can both register their licenses with us and also get office space, land, or any other requirements investors may have.

I need a marketing campaign strategy aimed at capturing some of the footfall and investors and ensure we drive sales of license registration and office space rental.

The campaign strategy needs to have a very creative component linking it to Expo 2020 (without using the exact name).

Needs to be fairly tactical to drive sales with a call to action and include all different channels from:

- Digital

- Social media

- Email

- Creative approach

- Communications

- Partnerships
