You don’t need any special skills to do the test. You only need to have a sim-card of one of these carriers: Airdata/Debitel/E-Plus/O2/Telekom/NetCologne/DB Netz AG/simquadrat/Dolphin Telecom/MTX/EMnify and be on a territory of Germany

What you should do:

We want you to pass through subscription and record it on video. Money (about 5 euro) will be charged directly from your mobile balance (no card data needed)
