Looking to create an application similar to the UBER car service app. Our business relies heavily on freelance photographers and videographers across the country. We need an app that allows a customer to order any photo or video service right from their smartphone. Once they've selected their service, the customer will see on a map or list all the nearest available freelance photographers or videographers close to the area where the photos or video will be taken. The customer can then select a freelancer based on past customer rating or they can browse a gallery of their work among other things. The customer will also be able to enter any notes about the property, enter the location of the job, enter any specific shots required etc...
On the other end of the app will be a portal just for freelancers and corporate access. This is where a freelancer can accept or decline a job, communicate with the client about specifics of the job, check-in to a job on arrival, check-out of job, notify when a job has been uploaded or delivered etc. It's also a place where our sales and job tracking associates can keep tabs on any and all jobs across the country.
The app needs to be user friendly and very intuitive. The customer needs to be able to store credit card info so that purchasing a service is seamless. On the back-end portal that too needs to be just as intuitive and user friendly and there needs to be multiple levels of information access for different types of users. Freelancers only gain access to very specific information that applies to their job, while the sales people, job tracking associates will have much more detailed access to nearly every aspect, from customer info to freelancer info.
