lo ideal es que tenga la abilidad de obtener la intensidad de la señal, el tipo de señal y el operador al que pertenece y enviar los datos cuandos e pueda a travez de un webservice a una base de datos centralizada.
En un dashboard principal en un ambiente web poder estudiar la data obtenida, visualmente se pueda evaluar en un mapa los datos obtenidos.
