AR App for Android - Play Video on Image Marker

I need an App Template for Android Studio. Complete source code where it should be easy to change the context. (Unity/Android Studio/Etc)
App Contents :
Main Page - As soon as the app opens, the camera should launch, and scan for a photo to recognize the marker. If recognized, the linked video for it should be played on top of it. I should be able to add multiple markers and linked videos so the app can play multiple videos when different markers are detected.
About Page - Simple PNG logo and some text.

Hope everything is clear, let me know if you need to know anything else. I dont want a complex app, just a super simple app to get my idea to work. If you can link video (and or markers) online, that would be really nice. Give me your ideas.
