Debug and fix bug existing Android code

The Android client code communicates w/ two servers using Android Bluetooth (BT) API (currently Classic). The Android client runs two threads – 1/remote-server. Client sends simple commands to both servers. In return it receives data packets, processes such packets, stores them in the temporary thread buffers, than at the end combines data from both thread buffers into a single CSV file.
At certain stage of development, an error was introduced between the BT API and the CSV file to the effect of each packed from both servers is repeated twice in the CSV file.
A current source code (w/ the double packet bug), and the previous source code which does not have such bug (but other deficiencies), as well as App spec and detailed description of the bug and debugging procedures will be provided.
To be considered for this (and follow up jobs), you must evaluate your experience (on scale 1-10 in form: 5; 8; 3; ….), in the following areas:
1. Multithread code development in Android environment
2. Bluetooth Classic API connectivity
3. Bluetooth BLE API connectivity
4. English proficiency
5. Documentation (release notes, code comments, source code for each release, etc.)
6. Debugging using real HW communicating w/ the Android app
7. Debugging w/ HW located in remote location (TeamViever => Debugger => USB => Android phone w/ client app => HW server)
8. SW flow extracting tools (or capability to understand control flow from the code)
