Requirements of the project

Need an experienced team to build with clean code Mobile App and Website

Scope – 2 Mobile Apps(Android), 3 Websites to start with (2 websites will just be replica of the mobile app - all info will be same- Think- WhatsApp App and web WhatsApp)

Domain Area – Real Estate or PropTech app

• The team should be able to not only code but also code clean and with clear commenting

• Just imagine if someone has to carry forward with your code and build on top of it, he/she should be able to understand it.

• The coder team should build the app keeping in mind that many users will simultaneously use it so it shouldn’t break, hang, lag because of poor code quality

• Build keeping in mind contingencies that is – when you’re building the DB structure it should have provisions for future feature expansion and doesn’t need you to recode or redesign the whole code. For example – if the apps records number of kids in a family and you have hard coded it to 2 kids in DB then tomorrow if the same family 2 or 3 more kids born in the family, I don’t want you to go back and redo the whole DB and then recode the app wasting time and resources. Good coders always plan for contingencies like this upfront and I expect the same.

• Prepare the DB structure basis the flow of the project to seamlessly store information and pull-out relevant information with minimal DB calls

• You should have experience in doing similar domain or other domains which shows your expertise

• Code and build keeping the user experience in mind so it should be UI UX friendly

• Be willing to collaborate in understanding in the result and then use their creativity to display them in a non-cluttered way in terms of design

• Be willing to do your own research online on other similar apps to pick up details and features and not rely solely on what is mentioned in the requirements document

• Be flexible that 20% of the details will be fine tuned as we go along in the project and as we discuss basis the work.

• Please share your prior work when bidding on the work

• Bid only if you’re interested and will be able to deliver in the project budget and timeline to not waste time for both parties

• If you’re new team of coders, please do not bid. Only experienced coders who have good work with complexity to show are invited.

SOME NON-NEGOTIABLE ITEMS

• All codes at every milestone will be code reviewed by software experts to ensure your team is not coding in non professional way without proper commenting and coding standards

• Only post code review- the payment will be released

• Please submit the code after due testing so there are minimal bugs

• All bugs to be fixed at priority

• For every milestone – the working codes will be put in our repository

• All payments will go through the platform and any request to pay via cash app, western union, paypal will not be considered
