We are a very fast growing company in Germany in the field of digitalisation and we are looking for reinforcements for our team.
Before we start a cooperation, we'll run a three-step test to see if you're fit to us.
Step 1: In the first theoretical part, we'll test your personality and talking about it. You learn a lot about yourself and we see if we have a good fit :-)
Step 2: The second step is to ask you a few questions about your skills and the conditions of our possible cooperation.
Step 3: The third and final step is a practice test where you have to solve mistakes on two web projects, you get a description of error and access to a workstation to complete the test.
Finally, we have a conversation about the outcome and we are showing you possible developments in our company.
