Modifications on an already-existing iOS application

I've got an already existing medicine reminder application. It sets local notifications for the medicines, but I was not able to set local notifications that will remind to user to eat meals. The reminders for meals will be set 1 hour before/after the reminder for the medicine.

In addition, the application is supposed to track the supply of medicine. The user enters the number of pills he/she has (X), how many pills will be taken at each time (Y), and the time difference that the medication will be taken in hours (Z). So, the application should decrease X by Y in Z time.

Lastly, the user must be able to remove his/her medications at anytime.

I am on a tight schedule.
