Help deploying ASP.NET website project on Azure

Hi,
I am looking to deploy asp.net application on Azure. I am developing a data entry type application using ASP.NET 4.0; SQL Server 2008 express and currently running it locally on my machine on IIS 7. The application is no where near ready. At this time I am interested to explore Azure and see how it works and is it suitable for me or not.
Also note I am developing a website project not a web application project.
I want to do following:
1. Host this on Azure so I can see how azure works in performance, scalability etc.
2. Learn how to continue work on my machine locally and then migrate changes to azure cloud using git version control.
3. How to move my database from sql server 2008 express to azure SQL db. Understand Azure SQL and compare it with SQL Server 2008.
4. How to backup azure sql db and then restore locally.
5. How to troubleshoot things on Azure.
SKILLS Needed:
Expert in Azure; SQL Server 2008; ASP.NET;
Let me know how you can help. Will give preference to someone who can show me their site on Azure.
