FTP upload in asp.net

We are looking to purchase a ready made FTP script in asp.net ftp script that does the following:
[login to view URL] in ftp info, username and password
[login to view URL] to either upload files or folder
[login to view URL] they choose files then upto 20 files at any one time (specify the number of uploads allowed at anyone time in the [login to view URL])
[login to view URL] the choose folder then it creates the folder on the remote ftp server and then uploads all files to that folder
[login to view URL] it is completed, it writes the filename(s), folder name if applicable and file size to the screen
Just need the script as above, nothing else, no database – must be in asp.net with vb.net and must use FTP to transfer files, no HTTP transfer and no Active X. Must work on PC and MAC and files will be 50 to 400MB in size
Payments through GAF Escrow and completion within 7 days of project start - its important that we get this completed within 7 days or less.
