Node Vue2 Bootstrap - Simple Dashboard View

I require a *simple* framework in Vue2 Bootstrap with VueFrappe charts that provides a drag an drop dashboard in this style: [login to view URL] (also see attached image)
It needs to work with a JSON objects in the following form:-

Key requirements:-
1. Drag an drop of 'boxes' around the grid. Refreshing content on resize / move.
2. Resizing of data in 'box' on resize (i.e. Content shrink/grow to fill box)
3. Automatic refresh of content when chartData changes (or optional 'refresh' flag if that's a better way)
4. All settings held in JSON object with Save / Load option to back-end Node Vue engine.
This is probably a couple of hours work for a Vue programmer that know what they are doing!
