See image attached. I have a layered PSD that will be placed into an iPad application.
This is an image of a car. The lug nuts and wheel are on separate layers. When a user taps each lug nut, it needs to spin fast and then disappear. Once the final nut is removed, the wheel needs to disappear. There will also be a reset button (not pictures) to start the activity over.
Must:
1) be VERY responsive and must not lag.
2) One retina version and one standard version.
3) Must be well coded and cannot crash app.
4) Must work on iPad & similar touch devices.
All artwork is provided, so please have this reflect your bidding price. If you provide samples of clean, responsive HTML5 work you have done you will have a better chance at being awarded the project.
