Photo shoot required for multiple P.G. (paying guest) accommodation in Noida and Delhi

We need a photo shoot for multiple PGs in Noida and Delhi. it will be around 30-35 PGs.
Budget: 1100 per PG
For each PG shoot, we need 10-14 pictures from different angles.
Guidelines for the photo shoot
- Need clear pictures: it should happen in proper light in day hours, All the lights should be switched on
- Before the photo shoot, we need to make sure that all area should be cleaned and arranged properly
- Need to capture all the major amenities inside the room, this should be covered from the proper distance
- Max photo size is 10 MB, the preferred format is jpg

Room - Beds (Empty room is preferable it should be neat and properly arranged)
