Need a VC++ component created that combines a group of bitmap images to create one gif file

We need a function that creates animated gif images from a set of bitmap images.

The program should be written in Visual C++ (Visual Studio 6.0)as a dll that can be called from another exe. It should have a function that takes in the path to the list of bitmap images and the path to the output gif file. It should also take in the time difference between subsequent images in the animated output gif.

It should then use this information to create one animated gif file as output that combines the sequence of bitmap images.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully functional VC++ project (created using MFC or other) with all the source code files and project files.

Buyer should be able to compile the code using Visual Studio 6.0. The buyer should be able to call the required function in this dll from another VC++ exe application to get a gif file created from the list of bitmap images residing in a source folder.

2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
