URGENT Small Payroll Program Fault Find!

Created a small simple payroll program but program is not adding up values correctly and i'm stuck! I need someone to look at the code an change it so all values add up correctly etc. I also need the coder to add some code to the program to stop people inputting letters instead of numbers within the program except for where the marital status question is asked! Please only bid if you are able to do the work within the next hour or two! I would be very grateful to anyone who can help within this short space of time?!!? I think it may have something to do with the overtime or tax!
