Develop MS Access 2003 database with array of forms and reports, etc.
Database is used for Facilities Management. Database would be a repository of information relevant to each facility location. Each location would have a Property Management firm and other vendors associated with it. Basic info about these would also be contained. Issues that come up at each location would be logged in system, describing the issue, requestor, severity or priority of the issue, etc. Opportunity to update issues needs to be included as well as status. Functionally, this is similar to the Microsoft Access template found [here][1], but with expanded capability.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working database, that can be easily modified or tweaked by user at a later time.
Tables, fields, relationships, forms, reports, queries to be determined jointly between buyer and developer.
