Powerpoint Slideshow to Flash Application

I need a large powerpoint presentation (about 400 pages) converted to a flash application to be run from a CD. The presentation should be split into 10 sections, and the homepage of the flash application will need to be designed to look similar to this: [url removed, login to view] On the home page will be links to the 10 different sections which will run each part of the slideshow. The slides will be activated by the user clicking or pressing the cursur to goto the next page, and there should always be a link on the bottom of the page to go back to the homepage. All the slides have been designed in powerpoint, and it is possible just to create a jpeg of each slide and insert that. If possible, I would like the winning bidder to bundle it into an application to be released on cd. *Please note* the filesize will be very large (50-100 mbs). I will be uploading it to my server and providing ftp details for the winner to upload the finished flash presentation. Just a warning. Thanks
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
