Buy a template, set it up on my server and made some customizing

The final Homepage should be a plattform where musicians can offer their qualifications (tutoring instruments and music theory) and students can find, book and rate them.

what need to be done:

2.) make it working and my webspace

3.) integrate a zip-code based search

4.) integrate a schedule-functionality of the tutor

5.) when student found a tutor and want to book a lesson,the money will transferred to my paypal account

6.) student can only take the next lesson when he rated the last one

7.) after rating the last tutor a certain amount of money will transferred from my paypal account to tutor

8.) dropdown menu with all available instruments and theoretical tutoring in addition to free-text-search

all in all not more then 5 hours of work for a skilled programmer.
