A responsive Wordpress website of newest version needs to be designed to match the design available in detailed PSD and shown in attached JPEGs and PDF files. Please study the attached files in detail and ask questions as required. No content needs to be added to the website at this time. There are 3 different page layouts. Excerpts from posts are required to be placed at specific locations in the pages. Further a sticky footer will be required at the bottom. Fonts must be GOOGLE "Open sans"
