Wordpress theme customisation and CSS edits

I need a programmer to make a customization to my wordpress theme, as well as fix a css issue.
<strong>Task 1</strong>
[login to view URL] is the portfolio page of the website and uses a theme template file which I have attached for you to view. Currently, all posts on this page are displayed by date order. I need you to modify this template file so that it calls the posts in a random order each time the page loads. I believe there is a wordpress code query that can do this but I do not know how to implement this.
<strong>Task 2</strong>
There is a CSS issue with the social media sharing icons. The Facebook icon sits lower than the others and also, they do not load well on mobile. Please see attached screenshots which show the problem and the required fix. I need you to implement CSS corrections do the social sharing icons look like my mockups. <strong>Task 3</strong>
I would like to hide those social media icons when the page is viewed on a mobile device. I have located the class (.az-social-share.single-post) and tested you can set this to display:none and it will disappear, but I do not know how to create the CSS to hide this only on mobile devices. I need you to edit the CSS so that on mobile devices, this div is display:none.
