Need Experienced Web Site Designer to Design HTML 5 Website

Our objective for this job is to make a working, artistic and functional website spot on like the vancleef website except we want to use html5 instead of flash. We want to find someone we can work with in the future so if your work is high quality we will want to keep you around for extra help in the future. The idea would be to get a working functional website in a few weeks - I want a backend to the website so I can maintain it on a day to day basis but when I need functional improvements i would ask your help.
