Analyst / Tech Lead (part time)

We have several on-going projects for which we need an experienced Business Analyst/Technical Lead to collect and document functional requirements. These projects include:

- Online Game

- Profile + Assessment + Survey app

- CMS (minor)

Position is part time, requiring approximately 15 hours pw, varying from about 10 to 20 hours.

Job Description:

* Analyze the requirements for several ongoing projects in consultation with the client and Project Manager.

* Document requirements in a standardized and easily understandable format that can be passed to the development team.

* Discuss the requirements with the development team to ensure they have a clear understanding of what is required, and the way in which it should be achieved.

* Review deliverables against the requirements documentation to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years experience as an Analyst or Senior Developer with a web development team

* Strong PHP and MySQL skills (php 4,5 & Zend framework)

* Strong JavaScript skills (ExtJS/Sencha experience is a big plus)

* Very good written English.

* Our developers, from the Ukraine, are experienced programmers with good spoken & written English levels

* Client and PM are English speaking
