Interface Implementation - Job:P1

Hi,

I need help having some interfaces implemented. I have attached the pack of assets you will need for this job. This pack includes:

- PSD of the layout of the page(s)

- export of the database needed (tables etc., little to no data in the tables)

- PHP functions required.

- All images required

- The HTML/CSS/Jquery required for all the form elements

The PSDs may have multiple layers and notes, so please have a look through the PSD first.

I need you to create the HTML/CSS/PHP/Jquery required to implement the PSDs.

Please put the footer, header and navigation in 3 separate PHP files and include them for each page.

Please populate the relevant tables so that the interface functionality can be properly seen and include the populated database with the final scripts.

Please let me know how much this will cost and how long it will take to complete.
