I need a web based LAMP application that generates a video from text, jpg and audio data which is submitted via an online form (later via mysql data). the quality of the voice is very IMPORTANT!

it may not sound like "computer voice"!

output videos shall be submitted via API to video sites (e.g. YouTube).

you must develop the HTML front end and test it.

you will get access to a dedicated server with root rights.

i prefer skype for chatting and to show remote screen for discussion.

normal communication is via email.

attached you will find a very first idea of the web interface and a output sample video.

you must be able to react to any problems very fast ( < 24h ) after the app lives and i work with it.
