Web Site design - flash, php, html

I am currently building my website. ( see [url removed, login to view] )

I need an excellent/designer to help build my website and take to the next level. I'm looking for a seamless blend of flash elements in a static HTML page environmental. Modern, corporate, with a touch artistry and cleverness.

I need to have this site build similiar to the following lines of design, look and feel of the following site [url removed, login to view]

I will need the following flash page elements:

1. A flash navigational header - one header to be used on all the pages

2. Flash image viewer with a clickable selection of 24 images

3. Flash animation homepage header with 7 rotating graphics

4. Flash page specific content headers

5. Flash front and back buttons

6. A couple of Flash calls to action graphics/buttons ( call now, contact me, take a graphic design flash tour, etc.)

Additionally I will need these stand-alone interactive flash tours that will link from the appropriate pages:

1. A graphic design portfolio flash tour

2. A logo design portfolio flash tour

3. An illustration portfolio flash tour

4. A Web design portfolio flash tour

I will provide text scripts as well as most of the images for these tours. You will need to assemble them in a friendly,

quick loading, sophisticated presentation.

I need talented flash designer to create a new modern, very impressive, interactive [url removed, login to view] someone very clever and creative who can improve upon my concepts and suggest better ways of doing things.

I will need to see examples of top-quality flash design GUI as well as someone excellent interactive flash work. ( product demos,

online learning, company overview tour, etc.)

I would like a flat fee bid for this project and a timeline for completion.
