Migrate Joomla site from 1.5.x to 2.5.x

We want to migrate our website from Joomla 1.5.x to 2.5.x, with an updated template we have purchased.
We purchased the template Teline IV from Joomlart

We now use the old Teline III template that is developed for 1.5.x
Migrate:
• Joomla content
• K2 content
• Menus
• SH404SEF links (purchased latest version)
Install:
• Joomla 2.5.x latest version
• Dutch language files
• K2
• Template
• Configure template: K2 category items should be displayed the same way as the demo. In the different sections on the homepage, see template demo: [url removed, login to view] With sections I mean: Artist, Travel etc…
• Facebook comments below K2 items (module is purchased)
• Configure SH404SEF
o Items should have the same links, but…
o Now the items have [url removed, login to view]
o And should be: [url removed, login to view]
o Old urls (thousands urls) should be redirected to the updated url (without ‘[url removed, login to view]’)
o Note! We have a good position in Google, so it is very important that this doesn’t fail!
• Delete old content from the template demo (demo content/menus)
• Setup mega menu items (see demo) with information that will be provided, like links to sections in the site, images etc..
• Change right position of the site to 350 px width, so that we can add banners with a width from 336 px.
Deliverable
The website should be working OK when you’re done. That means:
• Items links are working ok
• Urls are like described
• Old urls will be redirected to the updated urls
• Menus are ok
• No bugs
When the site is migrated, then we will add modules etc by ourselves.
Hosting
The existing site is hosted on our VPS and must be installed on that same VPS.
