Auto form Script with ramdom information from a DB - open to bidding

I need script that:

Auto fill a register form at a external site, with random information that will be located at my DB the user will only verify the security code ( Captcha ) manualy for each auto form registration at the exteanl site

than the exteanl site will send a email confirmation , I need also to auto confirm the registration at the email in this case we can set 5 email to do that .

than once the account is register and confirmed do the systeam ( this software or script ) do the login again and the user will only enter the Captcha ( security code ) for each account ( in this case 10 at a time ) the user will than see all the invocies ( 1 for each account ) in this case 10 invoice 1 per account at a file were he can download or save at his account at my website DB

the invoice only will be availabe at the exteranl site I will need the number only

We need to specify the promoter that is ferering the custumer will be like this sitename. com / ad / promotername before the user can see the registration form he need to tell the promoter name only that our systeam do the conection tru the link
