desktop-or server based API drop catcher - repost

I need a simple .api drop catching script for [url removed, login to view] - 1api

A desktop app to run on my windows

7 PC but a server based API drop catcher will also be acceptable.

How its done:

Poll the domain availability every few second/milliseconds and when the domain becomes available,send a command to register domain to a registrar whose API is available.

requirements

I can request up to 10 API calls per second - so multi threading would be preferred to optimize this.

option that bypasses WHOIS lookups to determine availability by repeatedly sending registration requests.

I already have a server based API drop catcher but does not support hexonet perhaps maybe someone can add support

will also be acceptable.

Only people who know about drop catching and domain names bid on this project.
