Affiliate Pro Integration with OScommerce

I have set up Affiliate Pro database and the database appears to be working properly. I want to track affiliates and sales on a slightly modified oscommerce store. I tried to add tracking code to the store but it failed to track. There is also an issue with sending emails, I think this is just needing set up properly.

Affilite Pro will integrate the software for free but if someone with expertise in this software can carry out this task quickly (don't want to wait) and at a reasonable cost (I can get free if I wait) then I will award the project.
