Stock Intelligent Mood Tracker

I want a commercial website that can visit popular online financial newspapers, discussion forums, financial blogs, messages boards, editorial sites, chat rooms, news wire services, and chatter, and measure sentiment regarding a specific stock. The system should have the ability to discern negative and positive content of such posts such as if someone said "sell? ABC" (this would be considered negative post).? The system would then? make a recommendation to buy or sell. If it is a buy or? a sell recommendation it should be rated based on the number of positive or negative posts received example. Buy ABC? 5 (5 meaning it has a? strong buy rating? because of there are 2000 positive posts regarding this stock since 3/13/2009).

Lastly, I want the ability to automatically substract a rating of 2.5 from all the stocks when there is a bad news.
