****I need to be able to duplicate the overall website easily on my own and I need to be able to add additional signs to the website on my own. I needs to allow me to upload a graphic to the website of my desire and also allow me to add a box or boxes for the custom text that customer will type in.

I need this done quickly so that I can start making websites with custom signs.

the custom signs will be to the left and then a larger sign in the middle will be what the customer is personalizing.
I am looking for someone EXPERIENCED who can redesign my website in possibly php and flash so I can upgrade the look of my site and have a wordpress blog on my site and possibly an affiliate program and the ability for my customers to upload pictures and to write a title and description of the place that they hang my street signs.
I currently get an email every time a sign is designed on my current site and then a final invoice for the order is created and sent to me and my buyer.
I f this works I may also need this same concept for a kiosk concept I would like to create for brick and mortar stores.
I may also need a creative affiliate program so I can drive further revenue through ads etc.
Finally I will need to be able to to duplicate this site easily. So if I want to make another site with other custom signs or custom coffee mugs etc.
Customization options must include fonts, colors, patterns and images stored within the database and/or uploaded by the user/client/visitor. The final product must be savable by the creator to a personal profile and the client must be able to submit an order for said product. I need to be able to use the roadgeek or comparable font so the street signs look authentic. The letters must appear as the customer types on the sign.
The required time-line to delivery is 30-60 days. Within said time the application must be built, tested and revised and integrated into the website you will also be building.

5) What hours of the day are you available to speak?
6) Do you speak and write fluent English?

8) What is your price quote to recreate a site with the same functionality and layout as the site referenced herein?
9) What programming languages would you code in and what platforms/ready-scripts, if any, would you use?
I want to be able to accept paypal, credit cards, check and google checkout.
