Opencart Short Poject

I have uploaded the Open Cart script on the server, the remaining job description is as follows

Project description:

1. SQL database setup,

2. Theme installation - New theme

3. Cart version Up-gradation Version 1.4.9.5 to latest

4. Footer content removal

Not a tough task to do, work of an hour. This job is for demo for our client.. WON"T pay more than project budget.
