We are requesting quotes for a Twilio advanced IVR and database integration to build a dispute library based on twilio output . To a knowledgeable Twilio user this should be quite straight forward.

Project details:

1. All IVR voice prompts need to be MP3 files (supplied), rather than the automated voice of Twilio. We have IVR already set up.

Our website is coded fully in ColdFusion and as such runs an MYSQL database, so a solid knowledge of ColdFusion is important
