Database design & PHP chart

I need a simple MySQL databse, similar to what you see on [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view] traffic trading script. I have a basic table here

MID TINYINT UNSIGNED NOT NULL,

IP INT UNSIGNED NOT NULL,

time INT UNSIGNED NOT NULL,

quality ENUM('high', 'medium', 'low') DEFAULT 'low',

returned ENUM('yes', 'no') DEFAULT 'no',

KEY(MID),

KEY(quality)

The hit's are 24 hour unique so remember that.

Then I need a simple stats page, perhaps some graph chart like [url removed, login to view] displaying daily hits going back maybe a week or so.

Don't care where the tables come from or the stats page for that matter custom made, ready made, hotscipts where ever you can get one working.

[url removed, login to view] is the site you can sign up using a bogus email it wont send anything or require confirmation yet.

Needs to be done yesterday, budget around $50, this shouldn't take to long I'm just stuck in another project.

Also do note I'll likely be looking for someone to outsource parts of projects to in the near future so winner has a lot more work coming if wanted and they do a good job.

Design skills are a plus I'll be looking for a full time designer not to far from now, but the design isn't important with this project.

Preferring a female who is outspoken. Reason for wanting a female is emotional not physical so you can be a male as long as your easy to talk to and communicative, females fall under the category much more often and I've always had easier times communicating and befriending with females.
