PHP Hotel/Resto/Diving manager

This is a quick description of the system. I will make a complete

functionality analysis before starting the project.

As already specified, this application is for a diveclub. They have a

couple locations. They also have restaurants on every club and have some

bungalows for rent.

At this moment there is no full time internet connection available, so it

has to be able to synchronise databases to a central online server

whenever they connect.

Local diveshop / hotel/bungalow rental / restaurant billing

A customer comes into the diveshop and brings his information into the

database. According to his dive experience, he gets printed out forms,

some advertisement (most of them already are available on pdf)

During his stay, an employee will add certain items on his account, which

he can check online.

The customer also will be billed from the restaurant and the bungalows.

The information in the database can be used for showing whether the rooms

are available or not and for mailings to the customers

There is a open invoicing/billing system like the phpbms system, and there

is possibility for having 2 accounts, a full one for internal use, and one

official for the government.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
