The project involves creating a cashless/creditless online bartering system, where users register to participate in a network where they exchange services they can provide for services that want. The idea is that users list the things that they can do (whether they are certified or qualified), and they also list the things that they want done. The logic of the system matches things that people want done to things that people want to do. Therefore, a user can enter something that they want done, and see who can provide this service (and what they want in return for providing this service). Alternatively, a user can enter something that people want done, and find out what people are willing to provide in exchange for it. The system should be a web-based front end, with the administration and management of the system hidden from the user. Imagine a Google like search box (in fact, two of them), one that says "I want", and one that says "I can".

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

Don't really care what the platform is, as long as it is extensible and flexible. Probably would prefer a Java or .NET based system. Should be fully compatible with the latest versions of IE and Firefox.

I will guarantee to pay bonus for completing the project, if I am satisfied with the system delivered.
