Requirements:
1) ability for me to add links with a category, tags and a description
2) click a category and list of links changes
3) search or sort links by tags
4) clicking on a link will open a description of the website with a button to click to go to it
5) switch the links between a list or grid layout (example: [login to view URL])
6) option to submit a website link with description
