Front End web development for Squarespace wedding blog and directory

Hi,
I have a wedding blog called The Crimson Bride ([url removed, login to view]) that I have created through Squarespace.
I need some front end design tweaks to the template that i have been using:
1. Fix the space padding across the site (currently the spacing is too much)
2. Add side bar on all pages (except Vendor and About pages)
3. Fix header
4. Recreate Home Page so it is more user friendly e.g. current sidebar is clunky
4. Recreate the Vendor page ([url removed, login to view]) with fixed padding space and create search functionality on the page.
5. On each Vendor portfolio page, fix the padding and also make the gallery into a 3x3 carousel (currently extends down the page) ([url removed, login to view] )
Need the changes to be done within the week. Must have experience using Squarespace and ability to create a search directory.
