Website Editor /CMS For Client

Since I couldn't find the right person or company to do what I wanted thru freelancers on this site or any site, just going to create a much easier website editor (CMS) website for my client.

I will create and do 100% of the content on every page on this site. You will NOT build the website content at all please note!

This is super simple you just create the design frame around the content (like a picture in a frame). The background color/design, header, nav menu & site maps. I will even give you all the images to use, colors and even the design the format.

**Project pays $375.00 if done by May 2nd. If not done by that deadline, subtract $25 a day for everyday late! This must be done by May 2nd. I can't stress that enough, don't bid unless you can do this 100% guaranteed.

You must have Skype to talk on phone with and Yahoo IM. This really shouldn't take a week, since it's basically just a shell with some features thrown in. I will award project on Saturday evening (CST/USA) and project must start immediately. Need person that can work thru this weekend with me.

Complete PDF specs and screenshots of what I need done are attached. Also there is a word at end of specs you MUST add to your bid. If you don't do this I will NOT view or accept your bid. Do your due diligence read entire specs.
