I need a wordpress template customized:

One page needs to be set as the home page
Change the blue background at the top to include music notes instead of the bubbles, since this is for a music site. I have the psd version with all layers
Install 3 google docs for forms ( I will provide the links to these)
Install google calendar on site ( I will provide the links to these)
Setup navigation, subnaviagation, and pages. We are merging an existing site, so I will help you with the content.

We also need to shrink the font and spacing to allow all of the links to fit on the home page.
Setup a contact us form (or Help center) on the home page. Setup a dropdown box for 20 different categories, each going to a different email address. Integrate some sort of captiva, so that we are not getting spammed.
Setup a blog and only allow one user to edit it
Setup the shopping cart with 7 categories
I have a temporary site hosted with the template setup.
I need this done with 3 Days. So please dont bid if you cant get it done within the timeframe.
