I have already posted a job for a freelancer where I required an HTML header and footer to be combined with a Wordpress theme. I now have those files, but I'm struggling to piece them together into a working theme - I need someone who can package these files as a perfectly working theme that I can upload to my Wordpress intall and start using straight away.
I need this done as soon as possible, and will choose the first suitable freelancer to carry out the work. Budget £50 GBP, should be easy for someone with great experience in Wordpress.
