166177 extend website admin feature

Overview:

Currently I have a feature on my website that allows me to insert html code via my admin [url removed, login to view] content is then displayed thoughout the website.

The website issoff dot com is a video sharing site, i require the following:

1) the ability to add html code that displays content to video's I choose from admin

view this page : [url removed, login to view]

on the right hand side, an advert is placed via admin using html code, admin then displays this advert on every video page,

I would like to add html code for each video '

Is this possible? Do you have the skills to complete
